Marina Gold Resort Hotel

Silver A' Design Award Winner 2025

This architectural visualization presents a large contemporary resort hotel situated along a beachfront, rendered from an elevated perspective looking toward the structure from over the water. Scanning from background to foreground, the distant sky occupies the upper third, displaying soft gradations from pale creamy yellow at the horizon suggesting warm afternoon light to areas of gentle cerulean blue interspersed with wispy white clouds that create a sense of atmospheric depth and pleasant weather. Rolling green hills with a velvety appearance like manicured grass establish the terrestrial backdrop, their gentle curves providing organic counterpoint to the geometric precision of the architecture. The hotel itself dominates the middle ground, rising perhaps fifteen to twenty stories with a distinctive profile that steps outward as it ascends, creating the impression of horizontal layers stacked in graduated extension toward the viewer. The surfaces read as pristine white with the cool smoothness of painted metal or composite cladding, while deep recesses between each floor plate create dramatic shadow lines that give the facade its characteristic striped appearance. Moving lower, the building's base presents a series of stepped terraces featuring warmer tones suggestive of natural wood, golden brown like aged oak, that introduce tactile warmth against the cooler white above. The beach stretches across the foreground as a band of soft sandy beige, populated with small figures of beachgoers, white beach umbrellas creating circular shadows, and lounge chairs arranged in orderly rows. Tall palm trees punctuate the landscape with their characteristic feathery crowns suggesting gentle tropical breezes. The water in the immediate foreground presents as crystal turquoise with the cool refreshing quality of tropical seas, where a small boat with two figures glides peacefully.

Hotel Marina Gold is a luxury resort on Mui Ne Beach in southeastern Vietnam, designed to evoke the grandeur of a cruise ship. Its dynamic form rises diagonally from the 7th to the 20th floor, creating a striking silhouette. A cantilevered glass-bottom pool extends toward the ocean from the top floor, alongside a bar lounge and restaurant. The integration of glass and steel enhances its futuristic appeal, while shifting light and reflections transform the facade. As an architectural landmark, the hotel redefines seaside luxury, offering elegance, relaxation, and breathtaking coastal views.
