Scanning from the bottom edge upward through this aerial architectural rendering, a broad multi-lane boulevard anchors the composition, its warm asphalt grey surface marked with crisp white lane divisions and populated by small vehicles that establish human scale. Moving into the lower third, commercial structures rise two to four stories, their rooftops covered entirely in lush grass-green vegetation that feels soft and meadow-like, creating an elevated landscape plane above the street. These green roofs repeat in rhythmic patterns, their fresh spring-green color suggesting new growth with the yielding texture of lawn beneath bare feet. To the left edge, a striking crystalline tower commands attention, its surface composed of angular faceted glass panels in cool steel-blue and silver tones that would feel smooth and cool to the touch, catching light like cut gemstone and rising perhaps thirty stories above the street. White geometric canopy structures at its base suggest shade and shelter, their surfaces crisp as starched fabric. The middle ground reveals additional low-rise buildings arranged around courtyards and pedestrian passages, their rooftops continuing the verdant theme while facades alternate between warm terracotta-orange panels suggesting fired clay and cooler grey surfaces with linear horizontal patterns. Mature trees punctuate the streetscape, their deep forest-green canopies providing organic counterpoint to architectural geometries. Moving toward the upper register, residential towers emerge in earthy brown and warm white tones, rising fifteen to twenty-five stories with regular window patterns that catch afternoon light. The most distant background dissolves into atmospheric blue-grey haze where additional towers become soft silhouettes, suggesting humid air and subtropical warmth on skin. The overall atmosphere evokes morning freshness after rain, with diffused golden light warming western-facing surfaces while eastern aspects remain in gentle shadow.
Based on the core functions of business office and scientific research innovation, with supporting commerce as an auxiliary, a comprehensive building integrating commerce, office, scientific and technological innovation, and residential areas will be established to create urban public spaces for various groups such as business elites, researchers, and urban residents. From a human perspective, the towers will not obstruct each other from the surrounding key areas, becoming a hub gateway leading regional development.
