This description presents a luxurious double-height residential living space viewed from an elevated vantage point, perhaps a mezzanine level, scanning downward and forward into the generous volume, beginning at the foreground where a substantial L-shaped sectional sofa commands attention, upholstered in a warm golden-mustard fabric with a soft textured quality like teddy bear fleece or premium boucle, the surface undulates with deep tufted cushions creating regular rounded forms that suggest yielding comfort and tactile pleasure, the color evokes autumn honey or aged brass, warm and enveloping, moving beyond the sofa toward the center of the space, two organic-shaped coffee tables with dark marble or stone tops and sculptural bronze-toned bases hold decorative objects including rounded vessels and small containers in earth tones, to the right stands a wooden media console in warm walnut tones stretching horizontally beneath a large flat screen, accompanied by a small cylindrical side table in polished copper or rose gold, the dominant architectural feature commands the far wall, a towering two-story window wall constructed of black steel frames creating a grid of rectangular panes, through this expansive glazing, soft natural light enters revealing a green lawn, trees, and distant residential buildings under an overcast sky suggesting gentle daylight without harsh shadows, positioned before this window wall, a sculptural suspended fireplace in matte black hangs like a teardrop or cocoon shape, nearby a classic lounge chair and ottoman in rich dark brown leather with warm wood elements offers a reading retreat, to the upper left, ascending what appears to be a staircase wall, a cascade of oval or surfboard-shaped sculptural objects in vivid colors mount to the wall, progressing from deep red at bottom through bright coral and orange to cool turquoise and cerulean blue at top, creating a rainbow-like vertical rhythm, descending from above near the window, a cluster of four to five spherical pendant lights in smoked bronze glass hang at varying heights, their surfaces reflective like tinted mirrors catching and softening the light, the flooring throughout consists of wide oak planks in a pale honey tone, warm underfoot and visually unified, the overall atmosphere suggests refined comfort, sophisticated curation, and the quiet luxury of generous proportions bathed in gentle natural illumination

Located on the shores of world famous surf destination Alachati Izmir, this two-storey home, seamlessly blends interior and exterior spaces, embracing the beauty of its surroundings. With a private pier and garden, Port House offers all-season pleasures. Its modern, functional character is warmed by natural materials, reflecting the owners' passion for design and art.
