This image presents a digital architectural rendering of a waterfront mixed-use development viewed from an elevated aerial position, approximately forty-five degrees above the ground plane and oriented toward the ocean horizon. Scanning from the most distant zone forward, the composition begins with an expansive ocean extending across the full upper third, its waters transitioning from pale turquoise near the shore to deeper teal approaching the softly defined horizon where water meets a gradient sky shifting from pale cerulean at the horizon through progressively deeper blue ascending toward the upper edge. A white sandy beach curves along the distant shoreline with scattered palm trees creating organic vertical accents against the horizontal shore. Moving into the middle ground, a protected marina basin dominates the central composition, its waters rendered in rich cobalt blue suggesting considerable depth, with the irregular organic perimeter creating a kidney-like shape that softens the geometric precision of surrounding structures. Approximately thirty to forty white vessels of varying sizes occupy the marina, arranged along wooden dock structures in orderly diagonal patterns, their hulls creating bright value contrast against the deeper water. A lighthouse or signal tower rises at the marina entrance where the protected waters meet the open sea. The left foreground features a commanding cylindrical tower, perhaps thirty to forty stories, clad entirely in blue-tinted glass with visible horizontal floor lines creating rhythmic divisions, the reflective surface capturing surrounding sky and water colors. To the right, lower horizontal structures with white facades and terraced profiles extend along the marina edge, their stepped forms suggesting multiple levels of occupancy. A curved roadway traces along the marina perimeter with small vehicles visible. Palm trees throughout provide organic softening, their fronds suggesting gentle tropical warmth. A helicopter in flight occupies the upper left, its presence conveying movement across the otherwise serene atmosphere. The overall sensation evokes warmth, maritime tranquility, and the fresh quality of coastal air with subtle sea breezes.

Punta Piedra is a waterfront masterplan development in the city of Carmelo, Uruguay. This is a human scale micro city, 100% ecologically oriented, based on a 15 minutes city concept premise. Its oval shape has been conceived as an elliptical boulevard called the Gran Via, which runs through the entire enterprise from the forest inland into the Rio de la Plata waters. Located all along it you can find residences, offices, commercial and cultural areas, nurseries, schools, the yacht club, promenade, parks and beaches to give it functionality and public-spirited presence 24/7.
