Pinnannousu Robotic Ice Sculpture Performance

Scanning this square-format image from background to foreground, listeners encounter first a vast industrial interior rendered in cool tones of steel blue and slate gray, suggesting the inside of a large warehouse or converted factory space with rough concrete walls rising to considerable height. Dominating the back wall, a large dark fabric backdrop hangs from above, its surface approximately four meters wide and similarly tall, made of what appears to be black or very dark gray material with a slightly reflective sheen. Upon this backdrop, luminous white characters glow softly—the number twenty and additional symbols rendered in what appears to be frost or ice particles, their edges diffused and ghostly like breath frozen on glass in winter. Moving forward into the middle ground, a translucent ice block stands at center, roughly the size of a small refrigerator, its surface catching and bending light so that it glows from within like a lantern made of frozen water.
