A contemporary mixed-use building complex occupies the frame, photographed from street level at an urban corner intersection under bright daylight with high white and gray clouds scattered across a pale blue sky. Beginning orientation at the right side of the composition, a prominent tower rises approximately eight stories, its façade covered entirely in a striking geometric pattern of white three-dimensional pyramidal shapes arranged in a continuous grid, creating the impression of a textured surface similar to folded paper or carved stone. These protruding triangular forms catch light differently across the surface, producing subtle gradations from bright white to soft gray shadows. Moving leftward, the building's massing steps down and curves inward, transitioning to extensive glass curtain walls with a distinctive teal or blue-green tint, their surfaces reflecting the sky, neighboring buildings, and trees with cool, mirror-like quality. The glass wraps around curved corners, feeling smooth and sleek like polished stone. At street level, warm copper-brown or rust-colored panels clad portions of the base, offering earthy warmth reminiscent of terracotta pottery or weathered metal, textured and substantial against the cooler materials above. Young deciduous trees with fresh green foliage emerge from raised planters at the building's base and appear on rooftop terraces, their leaves suggesting spring or summer warmth. The foreground presents a clean gray asphalt street with painted lane markings curving gently, a pedestrian crossing with white stripes, and modern street furniture including a curved lamppost. The overall atmosphere feels fresh and contemporary, the air seemingly clear with comfortable temperature suggested by the outdoor vegetation thriving in planters.

The Pottery Art Gallery located in Daegu, Alpha City, is designed to maximize versatility for various purposes, incorporating a layout that overcomes the topographical features. The exterior features two distinct masses stacked on top of each other. The lower level consists of public spaces accessible to visitors, while the upper level comprises private research spaces. The design of the courtyard is inspired by the sinuous shape of pottery, opening up towards the outside and enclosing the inner space. This maintains the internal aspect of the courtyard space while adapting to the urban axis.
