Guangzhou Zhujiang Tianli Sales Center

Golden A' Design Award Winner 2024

This image presents an interior corridor of a contemporary sales center, rectangular in format, depicting a dramatic passage space approximately fifteen meters in depth. Beginning with orientation, the viewer stands at the entrance to a long corridor that extends directly away toward a sculptural focal point at the far end. The ceiling overhead appears as a dark, mirror-like surface embedded with small points of cool blue light resembling stars scattered across a night sky, creating an immediate sense of cosmic enclosure. Two diagonal bands of linear white light run along the ceiling edges, converging toward the distant end and creating strong directional pull. The floor beneath is highly polished dark stone with flowing patterns in deep blue and gray tones, smooth and cool as a still lake surface, reflecting all the lights above and creating a sense of infinite depth below one's feet. Along the left wall stretches a large panel of aged copper with vivid blue-green patination, rough and minerite to the touch like a weathered cliff face, ranging from deep teal to bright turquoise. Before this panel sits a curved reception counter in dark bronze tones with organic flowing edges. Suspended throughout the central corridor space hang numerous disc-shaped pendants in iridescent colors—violet, magenta, peacock blue, and rainbow—catching light like soap bubbles floating in darkness. On the right side, warm copper-bronze textured walls provide contrast, and prominently positioned is a sculptural chair in bright coral red with a latticed pattern resembling a net or honeycomb, its seat cushioned in cream white. Small sculptural objects in turquoise and glass rest on surfaces nearby. At the corridor's far end, an undulating metallic sculpture like frozen liquid silver reflects the ambient light, serving as the visual destination. The overall atmosphere feels cool, mysterious, and otherworldly, like entering an underwater grotto transformed into a celestial passage.

The design of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Tianli Sales Center aims to bridge the gap between art and design, fashion and architecture, creating an experience center that is both functional and artistic. The ambiance of the entire space is crafted through a science-fiction and ultra-futuristic experiential creation, employing thematic compositions to simulate the adventure of time travel. By confronting individuals with the vastness of the universe, it ignites curiosity about the existence of life, thereby creating an immersive experiential space.
