Y Club Bar and Restaurant

Scanning this hospitality interior from background to foreground, listeners encounter a sophisticated bar and restaurant space dominated by warm amber and copper tones reminiscent of firelight or aged whiskey. Beginning at the ceiling, an extraordinary sculptural surface undulates in continuous waves, finished in a highly polished material that resembles liquid bronze or dark honey, creating rippling reflections that seem to move as light plays across its curved forms. Small recessed lights punctuate this ceiling, casting warm golden pools of illumination downward. The left portion of the space features a tall vertical structure enclosed in glass with internal shelving, illuminated by a striking electric blue light that feels cool like deep twilight against the surrounding warmth, this element reaches from floor to ceiling and contains what appear to be display objects. Moving toward center, the middle ground presents multiple seating arrangements: black leather chairs with a substantial, cushioned quality that suggests soft yielding comfort when seated, gathered around small circular tables in dark finishes. Each table holds a small glowing lamp with a frosted dome that emits gentle warm light like a candle within paper. The floor appears to be polished concrete in cool gray tones, smooth and slightly reflective, catching ambient light in soft pools. Along the right edge, tall architectural screens made of perforated metal create patterns of small circular openings through which warm coppery light glows from behind, the screens have a wavelike quality to their surface. The background recedes into mysterious darkness where additional mesh panels glow with ember-like warmth, suggesting depth extending beyond what can be clearly perceived. The overall atmosphere feels hushed and intimate, like entering a sophisticated sanctuary designed for quiet conversation.

The design of Y Club Bar and Restaurant combined multiple dining experiences in one place and have controlled the use of materials to create a simple and pure club space. Inspired by the Roaring Twenties, a short but special period, the project aims to present a black and gold era. The whole design discards the exaggerated decoration and creates a mysterious and exquisite club experience by carefully planning the space, selecting the materials and creating the lighting with care.
