Silver A' Design Award Winner 2023

This is an interior photograph of an upscale restaurant dining room, presented in landscape format with warm, ambient illumination throughout. Beginning at the ceiling, an elongated rectangular light fixture spans much of the composition from near the viewer toward the back of the space, its cream-colored panels glowing softly like illuminated parchment, framed by dark linear elements creating a geometric pattern reminiscent of Art Deco design. The ceiling itself features stepped architectural details in muted rose-gray tones with thin strips of light tucked into the recesses. Moving to the left side, a substantial wooden host station in rich walnut tones anchors the foreground, topped with decorative elements including tall feathery pampas grass in warm wheat colors, metallic vessels catching the light like burnished copper, and a small illuminated display. Behind this, a dark green-black marble column rises with the cool weight of polished stone. The left wall displays ornate carved wooden paneling with a circular golden light fixture resembling a porthole or celestial disc. Progressing toward the center and right, the main dining area opens with round tables dressed in white linens, surrounded by comfortable armchairs upholstered in soft taupe fabric with decorative brass nailhead trim along curved backs. Crystal wine glasses stand ready on tabletops, catching light like morning dew. The floor transitions from dark veined marble to warm honey-toned oak planks. The right wall presents a striking feature of stacked rough stone blocks in deep charcoal gray, with warm amber light glowing between horizontal courses, creating the sensation of sunlight penetrating ancient walls. Along this wall, curved banquette seating in rich burgundy leather offers intimate alcoves. In the background, a gracefully curved staircase with wooden treads and decorative metalwork railings ascends to an upper level where illuminated glass-fronted cases glow warmly like treasure chests. At center, a bronze sculptural figure appears to float, its form suggesting dynamic human movement, arms extended as if in flight.
