A contemporary two-story residence occupies the center of this architectural photograph, captured during the blue hour of twilight when the sky holds the soft gray-blue tones of early evening. Scanning from the foreground toward the building, a straight concrete paver pathway extends directly toward the viewer, its smooth gray surface cool and mineral in character, flanked on both sides by immaculately maintained lawn displaying the rich emerald green of healthy grass in summer. The pathway functions as a visual corridor drawing attention to the recessed entry, where a large glass door and window reveal the warm amber glow of interior lighting. The building presents two distinct horizontal bands: the ground floor features elongated cream-colored rectangular tiles or bricks arranged in horizontal courses, their texture suggesting the slight roughness of fired clay, while the upper story projects forward dramatically as a pure white volume with smooth rendered surfaces that would feel cool and chalky to the touch. Four rectangular windows punctuate the upper façade in a rhythmic horizontal arrangement, their dark frames containing the warm honeyed illumination of interior spaces that creates an inviting thermal contrast against the cool twilight. The roof extends as a flat white plane that appears to hover above the windows, creating a thin shadow line. Flanking the building, mature pine trees rise beyond the roofline, their dark green needles creating a soft, feathery texture against the pale sky, while lower shrubs with glossy deep green leaves frame the building's edges. The overall atmosphere conveys quietude and refined domesticity, with warm light spilling from within suggesting comfort and sanctuary against the cooling evening air.

Can the modern 300 meters house aspire to be a residence? In Poland still very popular is a stereotype vision of villas close to the Polish manors. For many it’s not easy to accept the fact that prestige residence can be represented by functional, modern architecture and in 300 meters of usable space you can fit everything necessary to feel the atmosphere characteristic of larger residences. This happened in RB 23. The characteristic element of this building is a wide and narrow window from the front side pressed into the body of the first floor.
