J.Lalli Valley Villa Residential House

This architectural photograph presents a multi-level residential building captured at twilight, scanning from left to right across approximately equal proportions of landscape and built form. Beginning at the left edge, mature coniferous trees with deep green needle clusters rise vertically, their forms softened by atmospheric distance, while deciduous foliage in warm russet and burgundy tones occupies the lower left corner, suggesting autumn season. Moving rightward into the central and right portions, the villa reveals itself as a composition of stacked rectangular volumes extending horizontally through pronounced terraces. The terrace undersides are finished in linear wood slats colored like warm chestnut or caramel, with small recessed downlights creating pools of illumination. This is a mountainous residential project located in J.Lalli. The construction area is 23000 sqm and there are 130 households totally. In order to take into account the profits of developers and the living experience of customers at the same time, the section of the buildings shows that every household located adapting to the mountain terrain and get more sunshine and good view. Moreover, under environment and construction technology thinking, the designer adopted stilt buildings to protect mountain. The application of the fabricated steel structure is a good example for local building.
