Two sculptural pavilions rise from a carpet of tropical vegetation, their presence established immediately through distinctive curved silhouettes clad in warm golden timber vertical slats that create rhythmic patterns across bulbous organic forms suggesting natural seed pods or protective cocoons translated into architectural scale. Beginning with overall orientation, this exterior architectural view presents a daytime scene under soft natural illumination, with two connected yet distinct residential structures occupying the central zone of a horizontal composition that spans roughly twice as wide as it is tall, the left pavilion notably larger and more spherical while the right structure appears more compact and streamlined. Scanning from foreground to middle ground to background establishes three clear spatial layers: the immediate foreground approximately the bottom quarter of the view consists of lush ground-level planting with grasses, low shrubs, and decorative stones creating a naturalistic landscape buffer, their colors ranging from bright yellow-green where sunlight strikes to deep forest green in shadowed pockets, textures appearing soft and yielding like living carpet with occasional rough stone punctuation. The middle ground, occupying the central half of the composition, presents the architectural intervention itself, beginning with the larger left pavilion that rises perhaps three stories in height, its form dominated by a pronounced convex curve like an inflated balloon or organic growth, entirely wrapped in vertical timber slats spaced perhaps hand-width apart, the wood reading as warm honey or butterscotch color suggesting natural or lightly finished timber with visible linear grain running vertically. These slats catch light on their outward-facing surfaces creating bright golden highlights warm as afternoon sun on wheat fields while the recessed spaces between slats fall into deep shadow cool as forest shade, this interplay of light and dark creating vibrant visual rhythm and suggesting the structure breathes, allowing air and filtered light to penetrate. At ground level beneath this bulbous volume, a darker threshold zone suggests sheltered entry or transition space, with what appears to be a suspended hammock or seating element barely visible in the shadow, scaled to suggest intimate human occupation. The right pavilion, positioned slightly behind and to the right, presents a more vertical orientation roughly two-thirds the size of its companion, also wrapped in similar vertical timber slats but crowned with what appears to be a curved metal roof surface in weathered terracotta or rust tones warm as clay pottery, and notably supporting a layer of green vegetation atop its roof plane as though the earth itself continues over the structure. Between and behind these structures, glimpses of white or pale rendered walls suggest additional interior volumes or connection points. The background, comprising the upper third of the composition, dissolves into layers of tropical tree canopy starting with distinct leaf masses in mid-green tones immediately behind the structures, suggesting individual trees with palmate or feathered foliage, then progressively softening into atmospheric blue-green haze that conveys depth through cooling and blurring effects like looking through humid air across distance. The upper register transitions into pale sky ranging from soft white near the horizon to very pale blue-gray overhead, with natural sunlight appearing to originate from upper left based on shadow directions and highlight placement, the quality feeling warm and gentle like late morning or afternoon rather than harsh midday, creating overall atmosphere of peaceful tropical warmth. Above all elements, overhanging tree branches enter from the top edge with bright backlit leaves in yellow-green creating natural framing device that suggests viewing this scene from within the forest itself, as though the surrounding ecosystem embraces rather than opposes these human structures, the entire composition conveying harmonious integration between built shelter and living landscape, protection and permeability, human craft and natural growth.
The project is based on 3 main axes; Wellness Living, Sustainability and Flexible Living. It aims to propose a new housing concept for the real estate market. A housing concept that offers wellness and sustainable features that benefit health and the environment, with a low density and low land occupancy percentage while maintaining a competitive and affordable price. It also offers Flexible Living because it is designed as an open-plan building that can be configured in multiple options and satisfy different needs.
