This audio description presents a large-scale outdoor sculpture installation positioned within a rectangular reflecting pool in front of a contemporary building with horizontal bands of windows and white architectural elements. The sculpture consists of highly polished stainless steel forms that rise from the dark water like frozen waves transformed into gleaming metal. Beginning at the left side, a tall tapered form rises vertically, resembling an elongated teardrop or fin shape standing perhaps four to five meters high, its surface catching reflections of the surrounding environment in silvery blues and muted warm tones. This form leans slightly, creating dynamic tension against gravity. Moving rightward, the sculpture descends through an elegantly curved horizontal element that floats just above the water surface, creating a sinuous wave-like undulation that dips and rises with the fluidity of actual water in motion—the sensation is of cool, smooth metal that would feel like touching liquid mercury made solid. This horizontal section connects to a second vertical element on the right that curves upward and inward, forming a large oval aperture or opening through which the building beyond remains visible. The inner curve of this element creates a bowl-like concavity that captures particularly dramatic reflections. The mirror finish of the steel transforms the sculpture into a constantly shifting canvas—in the current overcast light, the surfaces appear predominantly cool silvery gray with passages of steel blue reminiscent of winter sky, while darker areas near the water line approach the deep charcoal of wet slate. Where the forms curve most dramatically, stretched reflections of the surrounding architecture create abstract patterns of horizontal lines and geometric shapes. The water in the pool appears dark and calm, with gentle ripples catching light in thin silver threads. The sculpture's reflection extends downward into the pool, creating a sense of the forms continuing below the surface. The overall atmosphere suggests contemplative stillness despite the dynamic curves of the forms, as if capturing a moment of perfect balance between motion and rest.

Often community environments are polluted by the inter- and intra-personal dissonances of their inhabitants which results in visible and invisible chaos in the surroundings. The unconscious effect of this disorder is that inhabitants regress into restlessness. This habitual and cyclical agitation influences the body, mind, and spirit. The sculptures guide, groom, purify, and strengthen the positive "chi" of a space, focusing on pleasant and peaceful outcomes. With a subtle shift in their environment, the public is guided towards a balance between their inner and external realities.
